摘要
社会主义市场经济的发展,对工会干部的专业素质提出了新的要求。目前,我国工会干部队伍存在着文化程度相对偏低,专业人才相对偏少,专业结构、知识结构不尽合理等问题,应通过强化工会干部教育培训,完善工会干部的专业知识结构。
With the development of socialist market economy, the vocational quality of trade union's cadres must be improved. Currently, a contingent of trade union's cadres is relatively deficient in talented people in a specific field. Moreover, trade union's cadres should be better educated, and their vocational knowledge structure ought to be improved through educational training towards trade union's cadres.
