瑶族是南方少数民族中受道教影响最深的民族。学术界对瑶族道教问题已有较多研究 ,而关于道教传入瑶族地区的时代问题 ,则历来是国内外研究者有争议的。如果从早期道教在瑶族中传播和三元信仰形成的考察 ,再结合梅山教、闾山教源流的实证分析 ,可以较客观地得出结论 :瑶族道教的始传时间应是在公元 3～
The Yao are one of the ethnic groups in south China on whom Taoism holds the greatest sway. Yet scholars from both home and abroad differ greatly in their opinions as to when Taoism spread itself into the Yao areas. By studying the dissemination of early Taoism among the Yao and the formation of the Yao's belief in the Three Elements and by also looking into the origin of such sects as Meishan and Lushan, a conclusion can be drawn that the initial promulgation of Taoism among the Yao started in the 3rdand 4thcenturies A.D.
