摘要
当前我国的城市社区建设面临着重大的发展机遇,同时也面临着路径与模式的选择,是依赖既有的行政主导模式,还是引入新的组织资源?本文认为,第三部门的发展对于我国城市社区建设意义重大,第三部门在城市社区建设领域具有政府所不具备的优势。本文从五个方面具体探讨了怎样才能使我国的第三部门在城市社区建设中发挥应有的作用,并就如何培育和发展第三部门、引导和鼓励第三部门从事社区建设提出了自己的政策性建议。
The development of city community construction in China is facing great chances nowadays. At the same time, it is also facing the selection of continuing the existing administrative-oriented path and pattern or importing new organizational resources. The paper considers that the development of the third department makes a significant sense to the construction of city community in our country. The third department has the advantages of building community that the government doesn't have. It discusses in five aspects in detail on how to bring the third department into the function of building city community, and also puts forward his personal suggestions on how to induct and encourage the third department into the construction of community.
