摘要
宁波的高职教育发展很快,但也存在着观念上歧视、经费投入不足、师资缺乏、实训基地有限、人才培养规格模糊、专业设置重复等问题。相应地,解决这些问题的对策有:加大高职教育的宣传力度和加强高职教育研究;加大经费投入和加强政策保障;加大高素质教师的培养和引进力度;加强高职实训基地建设;实施就业准入制度;优化专业结构等。
Although the Advanced Vocational Education develops fast, there are still lots of problems here, such as: the dis-criminations in the attitude, inadequate investment, insufficient teachers, limited base sites for practice and training, ambiguousspecs of trainees, reduplicate course settings and so on. The tactics to these problems are as follows: publicizing AdvancedVocational Education and enhancing the researches on it; enlarging the amount of investment and ensuring the policy to it;improving the training of high quality teachers and the mechanism of introducing into more; strengthening the constructions ofthe base site for practice and training; implementing the admittance of employment; optimizing the course structure and etc.
