摘要
高职院校的教育具有实践性和应用性的特点,因此,在高职院校的人才建设当中需要关注素质较高的领导、具备实践能力的管理者以及应用型和理论性都具备的高素质教师。本文先阐述了当下高职院校人才建设的现状,最后提出了高职院校人才队伍建设的发展策略。
The vocational education has the characteristics of practice, and therefore, the construction of high-quality teachers in higher vocational colleges need to focus on higher quality of leadership, have the practical ability of the managers and the application and theory. This paper first describes the current status of construction of talents in higher vocational colleges, finally put forward the development strategy of talent team construction in higher vocational colleges.
