摘要
农民养老保障需要关注,目前最为可行和最为迫切的是要建立一种社会救济养老制度,它要求政府履行保障贫困农民的养老义务,通过建立最低生活保障制度和医疗救助制度,为农民养老设立最后一道安全线。
Security of the support to the old-aged farmers should be paid much attention. The most feasible and emergent task is to set up a system for support to the old-aged with its feature of social relief. Such a system will ask the government to fulfill its responsibility for protecting the support to the old-aged poor farmers. Through setting up a protective system of least living qualification and medical help, the government should be able to structure the last safe line for the support to the old-aged farmers.
