摘要
目的 了解新合并的综合性大学学生的心理健康状况 ,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 ) ,对综合性大学 1 80 8名大学生心理健康状况进行调查。结果 大学生心理问题发生率为 1 5 .93 % ,主要表现为强迫、偏执、恐怖和精神病性等。心理健康总分和除躯体化、其他以外的因子分 ,均明显高于中国常模水平。三年级大学生的心理健康水平高于一、二、四年级 ,尤以四年级为最低。来源于乡村大学生的心理健康水平低于城市和县城的学生。工学、理学和医学专业的学生的心理健康水平明显高于人文、艺术和体育专业的学生。结论 大学生的心理健康状况很不理想 ,应该引起有关方面的高度重视。
Objective To understand the state of students' psychological health who study in the new combined comprehensive university,so that we can carry out the psychological health education,psychological consults and guidance on purpose.Methods SCL-90 evaluation is adopted to exert the test 1808 students from university.Results 15.93% of the students have psychological problems,the main symptoms are obsession,extreme,horror and psychosis and so on.The total scores of the psychological health except for the somatization and other factors are all higher than the national norm.The juniors' psychological health level are higher than freshmen,sophomores and seniors,the seniors' level is the lowest.Students from rural area are lower than who from urban and county;students who major in the technical science,the natural science and the medicine are obvious higher than the physical culture,the arts and the humanities.Conclusion The mental health state of the university students is not optimistic and should be taken seriously by the department responsible for the work.
