摘要
利用已建立的油品蒸发过程油气摩尔分数分布计算数学模型,在确定相关参数后,对储油容器进油及储油过程中油品蒸发和油气排放规律进行数值分析。结果表明,对于正常操作下以自然扩散为主的传质体系,计算值与实测值较吻合。
After some key parameters such as gasoline vapor-air diffusion coefficient,gasoline vapor mole quatity anel compression factor and true vapon pressure being decided,by using the established mathematic model relating to the mole fraction distribution on the unsteady petroleum products evaporation and petroleum vapor discharge process,numerical analysis and calculated error were worked out to evaluate gasoline evaporation and gasoline vapor discharge in gasoline filling and storing process.The results showed that the calculated values agreed well with the experimental data for the normal operation system which was the mass transfer system mainly of natural diffusion.Two application examples are presented.
