摘要
根据沈阳市特有的气候因素,以及加油站储油环境,结合实验采用自制油气挥发损失测量装置,模拟储油罐里的温度,压力,储油量等。研究了温度、压力、排气体积等因素对加油站卧式储罐油气挥发情况的影响。利用实验测得的93#汽油的油温及油气损失量,进行线性回归模拟,建立损失模型,并用97#汽油再次进行模拟,对模型进行检验,证明该模型构建合理。利用建立的损失模型得出沈阳市全年汽油通过油气挥发损失达5 837.42 t,造成的经济损失约为4 086.19万元。
On the basis of climate factors in Shenyang city and the environment of gas station,using the measurement device of oil gas volatilization loss,temperature,pressure and storage volume were simulated.Effect of temperature,pressure and exhaust gas volume on gasoline volatilization loss was studied.In the experiment for 93# gasoline,the relationship of temperature and volatilization loss was determined,linear regression simulation was carried out to establish the volatilization loss model,and 97# gasoline was used to check the model,it's proved that the model was reasonable.At last,the model was used to calculate the gasoline volatilization loss of all gas stations in Shenyang city,the gasoline volatilization loss reached 5 837.42 t,economic loss reached 4 086.19 Yuan.
