烤烟种子催芽时间与包衣后种子活力的关系 被引量:11

摘要 对K3 2 6种子进行了 9个不同的催芽时间处理 ,并测定了处理后包衣种子的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数。结果表明 ,不同处理的种子发芽势和发芽率与对照间存在显著或极显著的差异 ,不同催芽时间处理之间也存在一定的差异。烤烟催芽包衣种子活力的评价结果表明 ,催芽处理时间 3 0~ 4 6h能明显提高烤烟种子发芽势和发芽率。各处理的发芽率和发芽势随催芽时间的变化趋势基本相同。催芽时间 3 5~ 4 4h时发芽指数较高 ,种子活力也较高。 The seed of flue-cured tobacco K326 was primed in 9 different treating durations, and the germinating (viability,)percentage and indexes of primed pelleted seed were determined. The results showed that there were signifi-cant differences of seed vigour and germinating percentage (1% and 5% levels) between all treatments and CK, and there were certain differences among different priming durations. The vigour of primed pelleted flue-cured (tobacco) seed was evaluated as follows: 1) the germinating viability and percentage increased significantly by priming (duration) of 30-46h; 2) the trends of germinating percentage and viability changing with different priming durations were similar; 3) the higher germinating index and seed vigour could be obtained by priming duration of 35-44h.
