摘要
本文主要探讨超干烟草种子在低温条件下保存，并与在原干燥器内和常温常湿（自然条件）下继续保存的种子进行比较，得出超干燥的烟草种子最适合在4℃下继续保存，其次是在－8℃低温下保存，然后是在干燥器内继续保存的结果，最不利于在常温常湿下继续保存。由此说明起干烟草种子可以安全地向低温冷藏库转移，而且其种子寿命长于继续进行超干燥保存的种子。
This paper mainly focuses on preservation for ultra-dried tobacco seeds in low temprature, then it draws several concludsions in comparion with those seeds stored in driers and natural state respectivly, i. e., to keep on preservation of tobacco seed, 4℃ is the best choice, and -8℃ is better, and it also can be remained in its original drier,but should avoid being preserved in natural envi-ronment. So we can divert tobacco seeds from driers to cooler chamber safely, and still achieve better preservation and longevity.
