摘要
基于Internet的CAD/CAPP/CAM/ERP应用系统信息集成有助于跨部门、跨企业、跨行业和跨区域的协同设计、制造以及动态联盟 ,是产品信息一体化的核心技术。通过对目前分布式系统集成方案的比较 ,在对各子系统之间集成关系和方法分析的基础上 ,设计了基于XML和Web服务技术的新型的CAD/CAPP/CAM/ERP应用系统信息集成构架。探讨了系统实现中应解决的XML实体构架、Web服务的实现、系统的集成接口等关键技术 ,同时将JAXM技术和SOAP技术紧密结合来优化对XML信息的传递、交换。该集成方案以灵活的数据模式、可重用的服务模块、易扩展的数据接口有效地、可靠地解决产品在网络中设计、生产、制造和销售过程中信息的交换和共享 ,实现产品交易的信息化、智能化、集成化 ,以更快的速度。
As the core of product life cycle processes, information integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM/ERP based on Internet helps concurrent design, manufacture and dynamic union in more than two enterprises or regions. Product information is modeled using feature-based and object-oriented methods. By comparison of several popular distributed information integration technologies and the analysis of the nexus of CAD/CAPP/CAM/ERP, a new solution based on XML and Web services is presented in which the JAXM and SOAP are combined to transfer and exchange XML files efficiently. At the same time, some important technologies, such as product model made by XML and the implementation of Web services, are discussed. The solution can exchange and share the information across the product life cycle with flexible patterns, iterative modules and extensible interfaces.
