摘要
针对扩散制造数据交换需求,建立了扩散制造数据模型(PMDM),提出了产品数据向PMDM的转化方法,基于PMDM实现了扩散制造数据集成。通过扩散制造数据模型的分析,结合EXPRESS-G图形描述模型建立了扩散制造过程中的统一数据标准,以STEP格式与XML转换映射模式为基础,以XML Schema作为转换模版,实现了扩散数据的网络化管理系统,在应用过程中证明了模型的有效性。
For the requirement of the proliferate manufacture data exchange, Proliferate Manufacture Data Model （PMDM） is built, and the transform method from products data to PMDM is presented. The proliferate manufacture data is integrated based on PM- DM. After the analysis of PMDM the unified data standard of the proliferate manufacture is built combining with PMDM expressed by the EXPRESS-G graphics. In the following, on the transform mapping mode between STEP and XML, the network management system of the proliferate data is realized with XML Schema used as the transform template, and the validity of the PMDM in the application of the system is testified.
