摘要
我国民营企业经过二十多年的发展 ,已成为具有较强竞争力的民族企业。中国“入世”后 ,人才争夺日趋激烈。面对经济全球化浪潮 ,民营企业将如何适应新的市场变化 ,提高其人力资本的市场占有率 ,以便在日益激烈的竞争中求生存、谋发展 ,则成为加强研究和探讨的重要课题。
After more than 20 years development our country's non-governmental enterprises have become powerful competitive national enterprises. After China's access to WTO the war of grabbing the talented persons has become more and more drastic. Facing the tide of globalization of economy, it is an important issue for the non-government enterprises to study and discuss on how to upgrade the market share of their human capital in order to survive and make themselves stronger in the face of the new change of market.
