摘要
目的:研究乳腺癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)、P53蛋白的表达,探讨它们之间的相互关系及临床意义并在进行P53抑癌基因的研究中可能对乳腺癌发生率的降低、预防及预后情况提供理论依据。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,检测76例乳腺癌、10例癌旁正常乳腺组织中P53蛋白的表达,并在CD34染色切片上检测MVD。结果:乳腺癌MVD明显高于癌旁正常组织(t=3.0195,P<0.01.),乳腺癌MVD与组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分型、临床分期无关(P>0.05);P53蛋白的表达与乳腺癌组织学分级和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分型、临床分期无关;P53蛋白阳性组MVD均值54.93±13.86高于P53蛋白阴性组41.28±11.69,其表达与MVD有关(t=3.258,P<0.01)。结论:MVD和P53蛋白可作为判定乳腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。
AIM:To investigate the expression of microvessel density(MVD) and P53 protein so as to discuss their relationship and clinical significance in breast carcinoma and provide a theoretical basis for the decrease of the occurrence rate,prevention and prognosis of breast carcinoma in the research on the inhibitive gene p53. METHODS:The expression of p53 gene was detected in 76 cases of breast carcinoma and 10 cases of adjacent non tumor normal breast tissue by immunohistochemical method,and the expression of MVD was detected on the CD34 stained sections. RESULTS:The MVD of breast carcinoma was significantly higher than that of adjacent non tumor normal breast tissue(t=3.0195,P< 0.01),and it was associated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P< 0.01), but had no association with age,tumor size,histological type and clinical stage(P >0.05).The expression of P53 protein was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05),but had no relationship with the age,tumor size,histological type and the clinical stage.In addition,MVD was much higher in the group of positive expression of P53 protein(54.93±13.86) than in the group of negative expression of P53 protein(41.28±11.69), so there was a relationship between its expression and MVD(t=3.258,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:MVD and P53 protein may be as the indications of biological behavior and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
