摘要
目的 :探讨白介素— 6(IL— 6)和细胞间黏附分子—1 (ICAM— 1 )在冠心病发生、发展及预后中的作用。方法 :分别对IL— 6、ICAM— 1在冠心病中的表达、在冠状动脉粥样硬化和急性心肌梗死 (AMI)发生、发展中的作用 ,以及其对AMI后心肌损伤的影响进行分析 ,查阅文献资料 ,综合观点。结果 :IL— 6作为一种前炎症细胞因子 ,它通过直接刺激血管平滑肌细胞增生和间接影响C反应蛋白 (CRP)及基质降解酶的合成等方式 ,参与了冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成与发展 ,同时 ,IL— 6又介导了急性心肌梗死 (AMI)后心肌损伤中的炎症反应 ;而细胞间黏附分子 (ICAM— 1 )则通过介导白细胞间及白细胞与内皮细胞、心肌细胞间的黏附 ,从而参与了冠心病的发生与发展。结论 :对IL— 6。
Objective:To investigate the effect o f interleukin-6(IL-6) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) on the genes is,development and prognosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Determining the expression of IL-6,ICAM-1 in CHD,Studying the effect of IL-6 a nd ICAM-1 on the genesis and development of coronary atherosclerosis and acute m yocardial infarction(AMI) and myocardial lesion in AMI.Reviewing literatures,the n summarizing them.Results:IL-6,as a proinflammatory cytokine,invo lved in the formation and development of coronary atherosclerosis by directly st i mulating the hyperplasia of vascular smooth muscle cells and indirectly affectin g the synthesis of c-reaction protein(CRP) and matrix metalloproteinase-1.In AMI ,IL-6 involved in myocardial lesion through inflammatory reaction.ICAM-1 played an important role in CHD by promoting the adhesion of interleucocyte,between end otheliocyte and leucocyte,and among cardiac muscle cells.Conclusion:Further study of IL-6 and ICAM-1 will be helpful to the prevention and therap y of CHD.
