摘要
将铝胶、ISA2 0 6和CpG三种佐剂分别与热盐酸提取的马链球菌兽疫亚种 (Streptococcusequisubsp.zooepidemicus)ATCC35 2 4 6株类M蛋白配合 ,制成疫苗接种 2 0日龄的小鼠 ,并设不加佐剂的类M蛋白亚单位疫苗免疫对照组。二次免疫后用ATCC35 2 4 6株活菌攻击 ,铝胶、ISA2 0 6、CpG和对照组的保护率分别为 75 % ( 1 2 /1 6)、81 .2 5 % ( 1 3/1 6)、68.75 % ( 1 1 /1 6)和5 6.2 5 % ( 9/1 6)。试验结果表明ISA2 0 6的免疫增强作用高于其他两种佐剂 ,可望与类M蛋白亚单位疫苗配合 ,用于预防猪链球菌病。
Three adjuvants, aluminium hydroxide, ISA206 and bacterial DNA(CpG), were separately injected into 20-day-old mice mixed with M-like protein extracted from Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicusstrain ATCC35246 by hot-acid method. Mice injected with subunit vaccine of M-like protein without any adjuvant were set as control group. After two immunizations, mice were challenged by S. zooepidemicus strain ATCC35246. The mice of four test groups had the protective rates of 75%(12/16), 81.25%(13/16), 68.75%(1/16) and (56.25%)(9/16) respectively. The results showed that immune enhancement of ISA206 adjuvant was higher than that of aluminium hydroxide and CpG. It suggested that ISA206 could be used as a immunoadjuvant for the subunit vaccine of M-like protein.
