中药糖微康对糖尿病大鼠肾皮质MMP-9表达的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察糖微康对糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗作用。方法:以STZ诱导糖尿病动物模型,采用免疫组化和RT-PCR检测方法观察糖微康对糖尿病大鼠肾皮质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)蛋白、基因表达的影响。结果:糖尿病大鼠肾皮质MMP-9免疫染色强度比模型组大鼠明显增强(P<0.01),MMP-9 mRNA水平比未治疗大鼠明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:糖微康可增强糖尿病大鼠肾皮质MMP-9的表达,预防DN的发生和延缓DN的发展。 Objective:To study thethe effect of Tangweikang(TWK) on diabetic nephropathy. Methods:To make diabetic nephropathy animal model and to divide the rats into four groups: normal rats, streptozo-tocin rats untreated group, treated with TWK and captoril group. After 12 weeks, the expression of MMP - 9 mRNA and protein in renal cortex were measured by reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT - PCR)and immunohistochemical reaction respectively. Result:The TWK group's expression of MMP -9 mRNA and protein in renal cortex had increased than the untreated groupv P<0. 01). Conclusion:It is suggested that TWK can increase the expression of MMP - 9mRNA, protect the image of DN and delay the development of DN.
