摘要
世界贸易组织的失灵主要表现在三个方面:争端解决机制存在缺陷,公然贸易保护和规则不被遵守以及缺乏退出机制。面对世界贸易组织失灵,中国应该采取的对策是:不过分依赖WTO的争端解决机制,强化自我保护意识,积极推动WTO的改革。
The malfunctioning of WTO can be seen in the following three aspects: shortcomings in dispute settlement mechanism; openly set trade barriers, failure to comply with rules, and lack of withdrawal mechanism. In view of this, China should adopt the countermeasures of non-excessive dependence on its dispute settlement mechanism, sharpening the awareness of self-protection, and propelling the WTO reform.
