摘要
通过对无镍不锈钢A4的高温塑性试验、双相比的金相观察、管坯加热穿孔分析和冷加工变形制度实施 ,确定了管坯加热制度和冷加工工艺 ,满足了用户对产品的质量要求。
Heat-up system and cold process technology satisfy the quality demand by experimenting high temperature plasticity of A4 non-nichel stainless steel pipe,observing duplex structure;analysing bloom heating and piercing;implementing cold process system,meeting end-user's need.
