摘要
以来源于日本的6个葡萄品种(或品系),4个毛葡萄与欧亚种的杂交种,以及东亚野生种毛葡萄为试材,利用RAPD技术研究葡萄的亲缘关系。从26个随机引物中筛选出13个多态性好的引物扩增材料,产生176条多态带。应用Nei&Li聚类法,获得11份试材的遗传距离矩阵及聚类分析树系图。
The use of the RAPD techniques was investigated on a set of 11 genotypes,including 6 grape species from Japan,4 interspecific hybrids,and one strain of Vitis amurensis.Relationships among these grapes was investigated based on RAPD analysis.The screening of the 26 random primers allowed the selection of 13 polymorphic primers used for the analysis.A total of 176 polymorphic bands were produced from the 13 selected primers.Relationships among the 11 clones or accessions based on their genetic distances were clustered using Nei& Li analysis in a dendrogram.
