摘要
以粒度为5mm的α Al2O3和γ Al2O3为载体,用浸渍法制备了质量分数为1000的Ni基催化剂,进行甲烷部分氧化制合成气(POM)反应.在固定床流动反应装置中,测定了反应温度、原料气配比对甲烷POM反应的影响,并考察了助剂Ce、La和Ca的添加对1000Ni/α Al2O3催化剂反应性能的影响.结果表明:高温有利于此反应进行;当CH4/O2为2时,CO的选择性最大;助剂Ce和La对催化剂的性能改善较好;Ce的最佳载量为100,La的最佳载量为200.
10~0_0(mass) Ni catalysts used in experiments were prepared by impregnation methods using 5 mm α-Al_2O_3 and γ-Al_2O_3 particles as supports. Effects of reaction temperatures, CH_4/O_2 mole ratios on partial oxidation of methane (POM) to syngas were measured in a continuous fixed bed reactor.In addition, the effect of promoter such as Ce, La and Ca on the catalytic activity of POM was measured. The results show that higher temperature is favorable for POM process and the optimum CH_4/O_2 mole ratio for CO selectivity and CH_4 conversion is 2. Ce and La are better promoters than Ca for the catalytic performance. The optimum Ce and La loading is 1~0_0 and (2~0_0 respectively.)
