摘要
实验以Ru/ZrO_2、Ni/ZrO_2、Ni Ru/ZrO_2为催化剂,研究了在YBa_2Co_(0.3)Cu_(2.7)O_(7-δ)膜反应器中进行甲烷部分氧化制合成气的催化性能。实验结果表明,在反应温度875℃,不同CH_4浓度下,Ru/ZrO_2对CO的选择性均达到100%,无积碳现象。当CH_4浓度为5.6%时,Ni-Ru/ZrO_2催化剂积碳量相对Ni/ZrO_2由14%降至11%,Ru明显改善Ni/ZrO_2的抗积碳性能。反应后Ru/ZrO_2催化剂的比表面积均有所减少,应是烧结所致;而Ni/ZrO_2、Ni-Ru/ZrO_2比表面积有所增大,是积碳具有较大的比表面积所致。
The performance of Ru/ZrO2 ,Ni/ZrO2 and Ni-Ru/ZrO2 catalysts for the partial oxidation of methane to syngas has been investigated in YBa2Co0.3Cu2. 7O7-δ membrane reactor for 5 hours. Results show that Ru/ZrO2 has good resistance to carbon deposition and the selectivity of CO can reach 100% at 875 ℃ at different concentrations of CH4. The carbon deposition decreases from 14% to 11% when Ru is added in Ni/ZrO2 which shows that Ru can increase the resistance to carbon deposition of Ni/ ZrO2 appreciably. After the reaction, the specific surface area of Ru/ZrO2 decreases because of sintering, while the specific surface areas of Ni/ZrO2 and Ni Ru/ZrO2 catalysts increase, which can be attributed to the more carbon deposition.
