摘要
以龙门加工中心的双轴同步传动机构为背景,研究两套永磁同步电动机(PMSM)伺服系统在具有一定动态指标和抗干扰性能前提下的同步控制问题.针对两套进给系统难以同步且易受干扰的特点,设计了一种基于模糊自学习方法的交叉耦合补偿器.仿真结果表明该系统对不平衡负载具有良好同步抗扰性能.
The dual axes synchronous-drive institution of gantry-moving type milling machining center is acted as the research background.The synchronous control of the two permanent magnet synchronous motors servo systems with some dynamic targets and anti-disturbance performance is studied.Aiming at the problem of hard synchronous and easy been disturbance of the two feed systems,a cross coupling compensator is designed based on fuzzy self-learning.The simulation results verify the proposed control system has good synchronous anti-disturbance for the imbalance loads.
