摘要
目的 探讨输尿管结石ESWL失败后采用腔内钬激光碎石术的临床疗效。方法 自 2 0 0 1年 10月至 2 0 0 2年 8月 ,对 2 8例输尿管结石 (ESWL失败 )行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。结果 2 6例经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治愈 ,治愈率 92 .8% (2 6 /2 8) ;1例结石上移 ,辅以ESWL治愈 ;1例因输尿管纤维性扭曲改开放手术。结论 输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术安全、有效、方便 。
Objective To study the clinical effects of the endoscopic holmium: YAG (Ho:YAG) laser lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi after ESWL failure. Methods Between Oct 2001 and Aug 2002, 28 patients with stone in the ureter in whom ESWL failed were treated with endoscopic Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy. Results The success rate of endoscopic Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy was 92.8% (26/28), one case failed and transferred to operation; in the other one, the stone fell into kidney pelvis and was treated with ESWL again. Conclusion The treatment of ureteral calculi with endoscopic Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy is safe, effective, and less invasive. Therefore, it can be the first choice for treatment of ureteral calculi.
