摘要
目的 观察平消胶囊联合化疗治疗对一线治疗无效的小细胞及非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 从 2 0 0 2年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 3月应用平消胶囊联合其他常用化疗药物组成的联合化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌 4 2例 ,小细胞肺癌 11例。结果 总有效率 (CR +PR)为 6 8 2 % ,血液毒性 :WBC减少为 6 8% ,其中Ⅲ度占 13 3% ,无Ⅳ度反应。PLT减少为 5 9% ,其中Ⅲ度占 9 1% ,无Ⅳ度反应。无严重非血液毒性。结论 本组资料显示平消胶囊与其它化疗药物联合治疗小细胞及非细胞肺癌获得 6 8 2 %的疗效并且未有明显的血液及非血液系统毒副反应 ,是有效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pingxiao capsule with combinations of chemotherapy in treatment of advanced lung cancer.Method From May 2002 to March 2003,42 patients with advanced NSCLC and 11 patients with SCLC were enrolled in this study.They were treated with pingxiao capsule combined with normally used chemotherapy regime .Results The overall response rate (CR+PR)were 68.2%.The main toxicity was haematological:Grade Ⅲ leucopenia was 13 3%.The non-hematological toxicity was mild.Conclusion A high response rate was obtained in advanced NSCLC and SCLC treated by Pingxiao capsule with combinations of chemotherapy.The toxicity was mild and tolerable.
