摘要
西部草原生态环境的恶化对我国生态环境构成了严重威胁,特别是对北京的影响更大。针对西部草原生态环境中存在的问题,首先从技术方面应转变牧业生产经营方式,建立以水为中心的饲草料基地,加快退化草地植被恢复和重建。其次从战略上要转变观念,提高人们保护草地资源的意识,强化草地资源管理,控制草原牧区人口,以减缓人畜给草原带来的压力。
On the basis of systematic analysis of the current status of grasslands in western China,the authors have provided proposals and directions to rationally protect,construct and utilize western grasslands. To ensure sufficient implementation of protection and construction, the author also proposed a series of counter-measures of policy making,propaganda engineeering construction and technical assistnace.
