摘要
从经济学角度分析牧区水利在草原生态建设中的作用,根据草畜能量转化原理,提出牧区水利经济效益评估与计算原则、直接经济效益、间接经济效益和二次经济效益的计算公式并以实例验证。这种计算方法把草原生态保护、畜牧业生产与水利建设紧密结合起来,反映牧区水利在草原生态建设和畜牧业生产中的作用和贡献率。
From the point of view of economics, the effect of pastoral area water conservancy among grassland ecological construction is analyzed, the method by using the theory of energy transforming between grasses and animals to calculate the economic benefit of irrigation engineering is put forward, and a practical case study is developed. Thus one can critically combine grassland ecology protection, stockbreeding production with water conservancy construction to reflect the functions and distributions of pastoral areas water conservancy to the development of pastoral area and grassland ecological construction.
