摘要
目的 通过研究曲美他嗪对冠心病校正QT间期离散度 (QTcd)的影响 ,探讨曲美他嗪治疗对冠心病缺血心肌的保护作用。方法 72例冠心病患者随机分为曲美他嗪治疗组和非曲美他嗪治疗组 ,观察其治疗前后QTcmax ,QTcmin和QTcd的变化。另设正常人 2 0例作对照组。结果 冠心病患者QTcmax和QTcd较正常人增大 ,与治疗前相比 ,两组冠心病患者治疗后QTcmax和QTcd均有显著减少 (P <0 .0 1)。其中以曲美他嗪治疗组更明显。同时 ,两组间比较 ,治疗后QTcmax和QTcd有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,曲美他嗪治疗组减少更明显。结论 冠心病患者QTcmax和QTcd较正常人增大 ,曲美他嗪通过缩小QTcmax而减少冠心病患者QTcd。
Objective: To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on the corrected QT dispersion (QTcd) in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:72 patients were divided into 2 groups at random: trimetazidine treatment group (conventional treatment + trimetazidine) and conventional treatment group. Normal group(n=20) was regarded as control. The changes of QTcmax, QTcmin, QTcd were measured before and after treatment.Results:QTcmax and QTcd increased significantly in patients with coronary heart disease compared with those of the control. Both QTcmax, QTcd were decreased significantly in two groups after 7 days of treatment (P<0.01). But they decreased more obviously in trimetazidine treatment group than those in conventional group. There were significant differences in QTcmax and QTcd of two groups after treatment (P<0.01). QTcmax and QTcd decreased more significantly in trimetazidine treatment group than those in conventional group(P<0.01). Conclusions:QTcmax and QTcd increased apparently in patients with coronary heart disease. Trimetazidine can signifcantly decrease the QTcd of patients with coronary heart disease by shortening QTcmax.
