摘要
以辛二酸为原料,经过LiAlH<sub>4</sub>还原,得到1,8-辛二醇,再用Ag<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>硅藻土选择性氧化得8-羟基辛醛,最后用乙酸酐乙酰化,与丙二酸缩合,水解得到目的化合物10-羟基-2-癸烯酸。其结构经<sup>1</sup>H-NMR、IR分析所证实。
1, 8-Octadiol obtained by reducing octandioic acid with LiAlH_4, was selectively oxidized with Ag_2CO_3 celite to give 8-hydroxy octyl aldehyde which was acetyiated with acetic anhydride and then was condensed with propanedioic acid to give 10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid after hydrolysis. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by ~1H-NMR and IR.
