摘要
本文综述了蜂王浆中生物活性物质在贮藏过程中的稳定性,以及这些生物活性物质对蜂王浆品质的影响,并在此基础上探讨了这些生物活性物质作为检测蜂王浆新鲜度标记物的可能性。
The storage stability of biological activity substances in royal jelly and the effect that these biological activity substances to royal jelly character were summarized in this article. On the base, the probabilities that these biological activity substances acted as marker of the royal jelly' s freshness were discussed.
