摘要
本文介绍了英国开放大学的课程特点、作业批阅与考试制度、学习方式、学习支持服务等办学经验 ,提出了我国远程教育在发展规模的同时 ,要坚持真正意义上的开放 ,运用现代教育技术为开放的学习提供支持服务 ,注重教学质量监控。
This paper explores the successful experience of the Open University of the UK in characteristics of courses, system of teacher marking assignments and exams,test systems,learning methods, learning support services. It also raises the point of view that when the distance education is developing on a scale, we should stick to real opening, provide support service to open leaning with modern educational technology and stress the quality assurance of teaching.
