摘要
结合徐州工业职业技术学院社会招生专业人才培养的实践,探索社会招生专业现代学徒制、全日制、立地式协同育人工场三种人才培养模式,实践脱产、非脱产、送教上门教学运行方式,开展社会招生专业人才培养体系重构路径及实证研究,对同类高职院校社会招生专业育人实践起到一定的参考作用。
It is the urgent-solved problem of current vocational education to establish specialized talents cultivation system of social enrollment in higher vocational colleges.This paper combines the practice of specialized talents cultivation of social enrollment in Xuzhou college of industrial technology,explores the following three talents cultivation modes including modern apprenticeship system,full-time teaching system,and collaborative education workshop,practices the full-time,part-time,and door-to-door teaching operation modes,carries out the research on reconstruction path and empirical modes of specialized talents cultivation system in social enrollment,and has some reference value on education practice for other higher vocational colleges.
