高职社招序变情境下人才培养模式重构的策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 生源序变结构情景下的社会招生专业人才培养是当前高职教育的热点,全国高职院校都在研究社会招生专业人才培养的难题。文章以徐州工业职业技术学院社会招生专业人才培养创新实践为例,提炼了社会招生专业现代学徒制人才培养、全日制人才培养、立地式协同育人工场人才培养三种模式,并给出了三种模式的特征及实施路径。三种人才培养模式将成为高职院校社会招生专业建设的新样板,对全国高职院校社会招生专业人才培养具有一定的借鉴价值。 Cultivation of talents specialized in social recruitment is presently a hotspot of higher vocational education in the current context of sequential change of the student pool. For this reason, higher vocational schools all over the country are engaged in research on the challenging problems encountered in the cultivation of talents majoring in social recruitment. This articles, by taking the innovative practice of talents cultivation of social recruitment major in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology for example, had extracted three kinds of talents cultivation mode for the social recruitment major: the modern apprenticeship, full-time schooling, on-the-spot cooperative education workshop, and had given their features and implementation approaches. Such three kinds of talents cultivation mode will become new templates for construction of social recruitment major in higher vocational schools and provide certain reference values.
