摘要
目的 研究阿魏酸和芍药甙的混合剂对海马和隔区神经元的影响。方法 用新生SD大鼠的海马和隔区神经元进行体外培养 ,加入不同浓度的阿魏酸和芍药甙的混合试剂 ,用MTT测量法测量培养神经元的光密度 (OD值 )。结果 阿魏酸的浓度在 6 2 5μg/ml- 50 μg/ml和芍药甙的浓度在 1 875μg/ml- 1 5μg/ml时各对应混合组的OD值均高于对照 (P <0 0 5)。 结论 在适当的浓度范围内阿魏酸和芍药甙的混合剂对海马和隔区神经元的存活和生长具有促进作用 。
Objective To study effect of the extender of Ferulic acid and Peoniflorin in culture neurons of the hippocampus and septal area. Methods Culture neurons of hippocampus and septal area of new born SD rat plus different dose extdnder of the Ferulic acid and Peoniflorin. Analysed culture neurons of the hippocampus and septal area by measurement of MTT. Results Compare with control groupes, MTT OD values of experiment gropes were significant increase in 6 25μg/ml-50μg/ml dose of Ferulic acid and 1 875-7 7μg/ml dose of Peoniflorin(P<0 05).Conclusion Ferulic acid and Peoniflorin could promote exist and growth of culture neurons of the hippocampus and septal area, and the effect of mixture of the both is better.
