摘要
异氰酸酯类化合物的含量测定方法一般采用化学滴定法.本文采用反相高效液相色谱法对氟铃脲和氟啶脲的中间体2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异氰酸酯的甲醇衍生物进行测定,方法快速准确,标准偏差为0.24,变异系数为0.75%,回收率在99.1%～102.1%之间.
A method for the determination of 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate by HPLC was developed, using methanol/water (30/70) as mobile phase,125mm×4mm column packed with HP Spherisorb ODS2, 5μm. The standard deviation and variation coefficient were 0.24 and 0.75% respectively, and the recoveries were between 99.1% and 102.1.%.
