摘要
[目的]探讨用峰面积外标法定量分析绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂的准确性。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法外标法定量分析绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂,确定检测波长、测定回收率和选择色谱条件。[结果]结果表明,绿色木霉和烯酰吗啉分别在342和236nm处有最大吸收,回收率大于99.0%,变异系数小于0.3%。绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂的保留时间受流动相配比的影响,当甲醇∶水为80∶20时,样品中绿色木霉.烯酰吗啉水分散片剂色谱峰与其他杂质峰分离较好。[结论]该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,操作简便、快速。
[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the accuracy of quantitative analysis on the trichoderma viride·dimethomorph water-dispersible tablet with peak area external standard law [Method] HPLC method was developed for quantitative analysis on the trichoderma viride·dimethomorph waterdispersible tablet,determination of the examination wave length,mensuration of the returns-ratio and choice of the chromatograph conditions.[Result] The results showed that the absorption of the trichoderma viride and dimethomorph was the best under the conditions of wave length of 342 and 236 nm,respectively.The returns-ratio was bigger than 99.0%,the coefficient of variation was smaller than 0.3%.The ratio of alcohol and wate affected the retention time of trichoderma viride·dimethomorph water-dispersible tablet,the separation of the trichoderma viride·dimethomorph water-dispersible tablet chromatograph peak and other impurity peak was good when the ration of alcohol and wate was 80∶20.[Conclusion] This method has the hig
h accuracy and the accuracy,the operation is simple and fast.
