摘要 将HRP和CB-HRP分别引入大鼠侧脑室,比较它们对接触脑脊液神经元的标记结果。HRP注入侧脑室后,不同程度地向脑实质扩散,标记结构模糊,结果不恒定。CB-HRP引入侧脑室后,可随脑脊液在脑室系统内循环,能被特定的神经末稍吸收,除少数特殊部位稍有渗透外,不向脑实质扩散。标记效果良好。据此说明CB-HRP作为接触脑脊液神经元的示踪物质是可行的。 HRP and CB-HRP were separately injected into the lateral ventricle of rats to observe the labelling effect on CSF contacting neurons. It was found that HRP granules diffused into the brain parenchyma to various extents, the labelled structures were obscure and the results were not definite.As for CB-HRP, it circultes with CSF in the brain ventricular system, can be absorbed by the terminals of the peculiar CSF contacting neurons and does not diffuse into the brain substance, except only slightly in a few special localities. So the labelling result was satisfactory. It is clear that to use CB-HRP as a material to trace CSF contacting neurons is practicable.
