摘要
从南海海绵Spongia sp.中分离得到两个新的神经酰胺,spongiamine A(1)和spongiamine B(2),通过IR,1D NMR,2D NMR,MS,MSn等波谱方法,确定了它们的结构分别为N-(2’-羟基-正-二十四碳酰基)-1,3,4-三羟基-正-十五烷-鞘胺醇(1)和N-(2'-羟基-正-二十四碳酰基)-正-二十碳-4(E)烯-鞘胺醇(2)。
Two new ceramides, named spongiamine A and spongiamine B were isolated from the sponge Spongia sp. collected from Weizhou Island in Guangxi Province, China. Their chemical structures were determined as N-(2'-hydroxy-n-tetracosanoyl)-1,3,4-trihydroxy-n-pentadeca-sphingosine and N-(2'-hydroxy-n-tetracosanyl)-n-eicosasphinga-4(E)-ene by IR,1D NMR,2D NMR and EI-MS,MSn spectroscopic methods.
