摘要
目的研究共附生于长棘海星中一种的真菌(菌株编号为SF11,菌种Sacro A)的次级代谢产物。方法主要通过真菌培养、提取、分离(柱色谱)、纯化(TLC)、鉴定(核磁共振波谱法)等手段来分离并且研究该真菌所产生的代谢产物的化学成分和药理活性。结果已从该真菌中分离出神经酰胺这类活性物质。结论海洋真菌活性代谢物的研究具有重大前景和意义。
Objective To studied two compounds isolated from a fungi (Sacro A, No. SF11 ) overgrowth in the Acanthaster planci. Methods The chemical composition and pharmacological activity of the fungi metabolite was studied by cultivation, extraction, isolation (column chromatography), purification (TLC) and identification (NMR). Results Ceramides had been isolated from this fungi metabolite. Conclusion research on the active metabolites from Thalassiomycetes have shown favorable development prospects.
