摘要
本文提出了一种在两类相对流面基础上的液力变矩器三元流场计算的近似方法,建立了求解的数学模型并给出了计算方法和步骤。用这一方法计算了YB355 2型液力变矩器三元流场分布,并将计算结果与试验数据进行了比较和分析。计算结果与实际相吻合,能满足一定的精度,该方法在透平机械流场计算中也有较高的应用价值。
Taking the computation of the three-dimensional flow-field in hydrodynamic torque-converter as an investigation subject, an approximate method based on the theory of a couple of relative flow-surfaces is brought forward. The mathematic equations are derived, the computational method and solution procedure are given in this article. Subsequently, the three-dimensional flow-field of the type of hydrodynamic torque-converter, YB355-2, is calculated. The results of computation and test are compared and analyzed. The computational results agree well with the measured. So this method is more precise and will be more valuable in the flow-field computation of all the turbomachines.
