摘要
为进行离心泵叶轮的三元设计,用有限元方法解决了离心泵叶轮三元流场的计算问题。借助Auto CAD绘图系统,实现了叶轮的三元CAD。试验研究表明,本项研究在提高叶轮绘图效率、质量和泵效等方面有明显的效果。
The finite element method is used for the three—dimensional flow field calculation in designing centrifugal pump impellers. The three—dimensional CAD for impellers is achieved by means of a Auto CAD drawing system. Test results show that the three—dimensional CAD helps improve the efficiency of drawing, the quality of impeller design and the pump efficiency remarkably.
