摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳法对健康泥鳅与被污染的泥鳅体内肌肉中水溶性蛋白质进行分析,结果二者水溶性蛋白质的谱带存在明显不同。
The soluble proteins in normal Misgurnus anguillicadatus with those in polluted Misgurnus anguillicadatus were compared by means of PAGE(polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) technique. The results showed that the electrophoresis patterns for Soluble protein bands of two kinds of Misgurnus anguillicadatus were much more different.
