摘要 使用X 射线荧光光谱仪,采用人工合成标样,粉末直接压片和经验系数校正基体效应的方法,建立了加氢催化剂中钼、钴含量的测定方法,测定范围MoO3:4.0%~24.0%,CoO为1 0%~8.0%。该方法不仅快速、简便,而且准确度和精密度较好,测定MoO3和CoO的相对标准偏差均小于1%,满足了科研和工业生产的需要。 Molybdenum and cobalt (expressed as their oxides) were determined by XRFS, using simulated standard samples prepared by mixing standard solutions of molybdenum and cobalt with aluminum oxide as carrier. Solid samples of circular disc having its diameter of 25mm were used in the analysis by pressing 1.5g of the powder sample. The matrix effect was corrected by the experience coefficient method. The determination ranges given by the method were as follows: w(MoO_3): 4.0%~24.0%, w(CoO): 1.0%~8.0%. RSD′s obtained were less than 1% for both the elements. The accuracy of determination was also satisfactory.
