熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定铈锆固溶体中的元素成分 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了用熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法对铈锆固溶体中CeO 2、ZrO 2、La 2 O 3、HfO 2、Pr 6O 11进行全定量分析的方法。采用经验α系数和散射线内标法校正基体效应,以上海市计量测试技术研究院提供的GBE标准物质为基体制备标准样品,以四硼酸锂为熔剂、硝酸铵为氧化剂、碘化铵为脱模剂进行熔融制样,采用热电Advant’X型X射线荧光光谱仪分析,结果与标准值或化学法相符。 A method for the full quantitative analysis of CeO 2,ZrO 2,La 2 O 3,HfO 2,Pr 6 O 11 in cerium-zirconium solid solution by melt sample-X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was discussed.The matrix effect was corrected by the empirical alpha coefficient and the scattering line internal standard method.The standard sample was prepared by using the GBE standard substance provided by Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology.The lithium tetraborate was used as a solvent,ammonium nitrate was used as the oxidant,and ammonium iodide was used as the release agent for melt preparation.The Thermo Fisher Scientific Advant X X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used,and the analytical results were in agreement with the standard values or chemical methods.
