摘要
农业的资源禀赋状况决定了我国必须大力发展农业生物技术 ,并通过农业生物技术的发展促进“三农”问题的解决。发展农业生物技术 ,要在关键领域有所创新 ,把技术引进和自主创新结合起来 ,把安全放在首要位置。
The condition of our agricultural resource comes to a decision that we must strongly develop the agricultural biotechnology,and make use of biotechnology to promote the solution to “Farmers-Agriculture-Rural Areas” issues.To develop agricultural biotechnology,we should make innovations in some key fields,combine exploiting in our own hands with importing,and must place safety first
