摘要
以分离和提纯大豆异黄酮为目的 ,研究了AB 8、NKA 9,DM 30 1三种大孔吸附树脂对大豆异黄酮的吸附特性。结果表明 :AB 8树脂在低温下有利于对大豆异黄酮的吸附 ,3种树脂的平衡吸附量依次为AB 8>DH 30 1 >NKA 9。另外 ,AB 8树脂固定床的吸附穿透曲线表明 ,高浓度样液以较低的流速通过树脂层可以提高动态吸附的吸附速率。AB 8树脂对吸附的大豆异黄酮洗脱量大而且速度快 ,解吸容易 ,其次是DM 30 1树脂 ,而NKA 9树脂不仅洗脱速率低 ,而且耗费洗脱液。
In order to separate and purify the soybean isoflavone,absorption equilibrium and kinetics of soybean isoflavone by using macro-pore resin AB-8,NKA-9,DM-301 were studied.The resin AB-8 exhibited good performance in absorbing isoflavone.The sequence of absorption of isoflavone were AB-8>NKA-9>DM301.When the AB-8 resin column absorbed isoflavone, better effects can be absorbed in the condition of higher concentration and lower elution rate.Eluting isoflavone from AB-8 was easily than other resins.
