摘要
目的：观察环丙沙星对新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎的疗效。方法：根据药敏试验结果，对40例新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎选用环丙沙星治疗，剂量10mg/kg，疗程1～2周。结果：治愈35例，好转自动出院3例，死亡2例。结论：环丙沙星治疗新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎疗效较好，未发现明显近期副作用。
Objective: To study the effect of ciprofloxacin (CF) on newborns with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). Methods: 40 cases of newborns with VAP w ere treated with CF (10 mg/kg) for 1~2 weeks after being analyzed with drug susc eptibility tests. Results: 35 cases (87.5%) were cured, 3 cases (7.5%) were amel iorated (improved), 2 cases (5%) were dead. Conclusions: It was an effective the rapy to treat newborns VAP with CF that had low incidences of side effects in sh ort terms.
