摘要
本文报告了16例新生儿机械辅助呼吸期间呼吸道分泌物连续细菌培养的结果。发现插管后3天细菌培养阳性率达100%,多数为绿脓杆菌,嗜麦芽假单孢菌。根据培养细菌的药物敏感试验及时调整抗生素,可以提高药物疗效,减低病死率,本文还对机械通气继发下呼吸道感染的发生机制进行了讨论。
Serial tracheal cultures were made in 16 newborns who required tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation for 72 hours or longer. Thecultures became positive in all patients by 3 days after intubation and species of P. aeruginosa and P. maltophilia predominated. Pneumonitis occurred in 15 patients and 1 developed colonization without evidence of respiratory infection. Culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test have the importance in increasing the antibiotic effect and decreasing the mortality.
