股票期权激励是最富成效的激励制度之一,对企业的快速发展和国民经济的持续增长有显著的推动作用。本文探讨了经理股票期权设计过程中涉及主要内容,以及我国企业实施经理股票期权制度的条件。
Working as one of the most effective way of motivation, stock options play an enormous role in the fast development of enterprises as well as in the sustainable growth of national economy. Through a probing on the main content involved in the design of the foresaid motivation system, the article points out the conditions and advantages of implementing such mechanisms in China's enterprises.
